Program and consent

Athanir Technologies LLC provides low-volume conversational demonstration and customer-care messages. You enroll by texting START to an Athanir demonstration number or by explicitly requesting a text follow-up during an inbound call you placed to that number.

By enrolling, you authorize Athanir Technologies to send automated and conversational SMS messages concerning the demonstration you requested. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and carrier charges

Message frequency varies and is typically one to five messages per requested demonstration. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and support

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After STOP, you may receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, email ethan@athanir.com, or call +1 (845) 303-8123.

Appropriate use

The demonstration is not an emergency, medical, financial, or professional-advice service. Do not submit protected health information, payment-card data, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information. If you need emergency assistance, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Notice explains how information is handled. We may update these terms as the program changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continuing to participate after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
