• Honor consent choices and comply with legal and carrier requirements

How we share information

We may share information with telecommunications carriers and technology providers only as needed to deliver the requested service, operate our systems, prevent abuse, or comply with law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested demonstration, maintain consent and operational records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we process, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

Reply STOP to an Athanir message to end SMS communications. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by emailing ethan@athanir.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, compliance, or legal purposes.
